Using the tools

The tools are free for personal and commercial use. You do not need an account. Please do not use the site in a way that harms it or other people, for example by trying to overload it, by scraping it automatically at high volume, or by using it for anything unlawful.

Your content

The text you enter stays on your device and remains yours. We do not receive it, so we claim no rights to it. You are responsible for having the right to use the text you process and the results you create.

No warranty

The tools are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make them correct, but conversions, counts and formatting can contain mistakes, and rules such as Title Case differ between style guides. Check important results, such as legal documents, code or text for print, before you rely on them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Word Tools and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the site or its results.
